PARATAN INNER SAKTHI YOGA
Sakthi, the feminine principle is an important part of the Tantra, which has entered into the global level of spirituality, and the worldwide resurgence of the worship of the Goddess. Shakti is the prime focus of ParaTan and Tantric Yoga, one of India’s greatest traditions, which contains comprehensive worship of the Goddess through profound rituals and meditations. ParaTan Inner Sakthi Yoga Sadhana affords us a direct means to access Her power and presence through a tradition that has never lost connection to Her grace.
PARA- Supreme form
TAN – Expand
INNER SAKTHI – Sakthi is power, She is eternal and Sakthi is also Jiva. She is the power within our Subtle-body.
YOGA is derived from the root Yuj (“to join”), the union of the Jiva or embodied spirit, with the Paramātmā, or Supreme Spirit, and the practices by which this union may be attained.
SADHANA – literally means of accomplishing something. Sadhana is a discipline undertaken in the pursuit of a goal.
Sakthi Yoga, like Tantra, is a subject that is commonly misunderstood. Sakthi relates to all cosmic energies and the union of all opposites. The art and science of Inner Sakthi Yoga have a tremendous, if not magical capacity to transform our existence on all levels of body, the mind within every cell and spirit. It connects us with the awesome forces at the root of the world of nature as well as with the supreme energy that transcends time and space. ParaTan Inner Sakthi Yoga practice can awaken us to a radically different dimension of awareness in which we can realize all of existence, from the infinitesimal to the infinite, as aspects of our own greater being, consciousness, and joy.
